Customer service was excellent. Crew members and staff were helpful, nice, friendly and courteous except one rude food server at the buffet. He accidentally dropped a table sign on my bowl of soup, took it out, but didn't even apologize and left like nothing happened. Food wasokay at the buffet. We enjoyed the outdoor BBQ. Entertainment was sufficient. We enjoyed the dance parties, games, karaoke, casino, etc. The only regret my husband and I have was that there were a few itinerary deviations/changes on what was originally planned which is no fault of the cruise planners but due to some unforeseen circumstances that we did not anticipate and was notified at the last minute. That being said, things seemed unorganized. We were disappointed that our entry to Taichung Taiwan and Miya-kojima, Okinawa Japan were both cancelled including excursions that we signed up for. Excursions fees were promptly reimbursed however. One of the excursions was so short (in Kaoshiung Taiwan) we could have extended it longer before returning to the ship. We felt it wasn't worth it. Going through the Philippines port of entry was a total chaos as everyone tried to fill out and submit the required e-travel for hours, until finally the manager decided we skip that protocol. The ship Norwegian Spirit was extremely wavy/shaky or rocking at times due to rough waters; it was dizzying to the point where we got hit with terrible motion sickness. Deck 6 hallways had musty stale odor. Not sure if it was the old carpet. It would be great to have a better HVAC or air filtering system. I highly recommend cruise planners. I'd probably use NCL again but not Norwegian Spirit. It did not meet my expectations.

I travelled with my husband and two other couple friends. Overall we had a great time as a group within the ship at sea days, during our shore excursions as well as exploring the ports on our own time. Our cruise planner was super helpful who provided us with the tiniest detail of important information and more importantly, the assistance she provided with our transfers and accommodations. I give her a 10!!!
The cruise was a wonderful experience, thanks to the knowledge and expertise of our planner. I will and have recommended Bella to everyone I have shared my experience with.

The Vikings, the river cruise was my first and it was the best of all the cruises that I have been on. Our travel consultant Bella Legaspina was awesome. She took care of me and my daughter Monica, all throughout the cruise. She was there helping us, to take photos, to entertain us and to make sure our trip was as wonderful as she had advertised. Seeing all of these wonderful countries along the Danube River brought back memories on my history in Europe and Meeting all of our new friends from all over the world was quite an experience for me and my daughter. Forever thanks to Viking Cruise Line and a wonderful travel consultant Bella Legaspina. We look forward to again having another cruise with the group. Thank you!

Bella was such a huge help to us. We booked a trip to Alaska and she did all the work for us. She gave us a really great trip package . In addition, she made it more surprising for my husband for having a birthday decorations to our balcony room. She made sure that we are all set before our sailing date.
