We worked with Pam and Laura to craft a once in a lifetime adventure. Everything went seamlessly on our Holland America 11 day Mediterranean cruise including extra time spent in ports at the start and ending. Hotels were top notch and prearranged transportation took the stress out of getting to and from airports and to the ship. All we had to do was enjoy! Pam was easy to work with, friendly and responsive. She also has lots of helpful inside knowledge. If you’re thinking of a cruise don’t hesitate to work with these gals. Pam was incredible at helping us plan a wonderful Thanksgiving week trip. She provided all of the details needed and was always there if we had a question!
We worked with Laura and Pam to help plan a 50th birthday getaway for our friends. Their only requirements were
1) all-inclusive with good liquor,
2) adults only
3) on a beach or with a great pool
4) good food.
They found us the perfect place. Hard Rock Heaven - Riviera Maya met all the criteria. The adults-only pool and restaurants have been open for a little over a year. They did not disappoint. We headed to the other resort areas to see what else was available but ultimately stayed in the Heaven area for 90% of our stay. If you are looking for a big beach area, this won't meet your needs but it worked perfectly for us.- Nelda R.

Our travel agent was Laura Callis and we will now plan every one of our trips with her because of the stellar attention to detail and follow up she had for our trip. Every transportation we needed (airport to hotel and also visiting 3 different resorts to find a wedding venue) went off without a hitch. She scheduled all of it and we just had to show up. She’s also so easy to talk to and to work with. We HIGHLY recommend her.
