My first time at Sandals Montego Bay Jamaica, I highly recommend this fabulous resort. I traveled alone from the states to attend my nephews wedding and met with family and new friends! Niki made the process so easy from helping me choose my room to keeping me updated on flights and check-in. I never felt unsafe because the staff is amazing, so friendly and accommodating. The rooms are fabulous, I had one of the best views! So much entertainment, food and drinks!!!!!

My friend was celebrating her 70th Birthday and Niki helped guide us to Virgin Voyages - Valiant Lady out of Barcelona - French Daze & Ibiza Nights. I mention her birthday to share that although this is an adult-only cruise that appears to have a youthful/party vibe, there is a healthy mix of generations. We were looking for a more upbeat vibe than Cunard (for example) or a River Cruise, and this delivered. Niki was extremely helpful in suggesting Excursions, providing insight into what to expect in terms of the theme nights because she was on this ship, highly suggesting we arrive a day early due to the travel delays - LISTEN TO HER! - she notified us IMMEDIATELY when our flight was delayed, she's on top of everything! She helped us with our hotel on the return when we extended our trip and was an overall joy to work with. She's responsive and you will be in VERY capable hands with her planning your trip. We took a 5-day cruise to Bermuda on Royal Carribean, and it was amazing! Niki planned our trip and was very accommodating to our price range. She kept in contact with us throughout the whole process, even up to the day when someone forgot their passport! She helped us navigate that issue and we were all able to enjoy our trip together! We did an expedition cruise to Antarctica on Atlas Ocean Voyages, and it was the trip of a lifetime! We flew into Buenos Aires, and then on to Ushuaia Argentina to pick up the ship. From there, we sailed almost two days across the Drake Passage before reaching the South Shetland Islands. After landing at Yankee Harbor and seeing many Gentoo penguins and Wendell seals, we sailed on to the Antarctic Peninsula, stopping at several islands before our landing on the White Continent. Along the way, we saw whales, more seals, and many penguins, including Chinstrap and Adelle penguins. The scenery was breathtaking!
We were very happy sailing on the Atlas World Traveller. The ship is very new and everything was spotless. The crew did an excellent job such that we saw as much wildlife as possible while ensuring we were safe and the wildlife was undisturbed. The expedition leaders are all experts in their respective fields, and really added to the experience. Overall, I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Atlas.

My husband and I took the Celebrity Xpedition through the Galapagos Islands, on an expedition cruise that was arranged by Niki Forrest of Cruise Planners. The trip was amazing! From the time we set foot in Ecuador until our departure, we were taken care of by a wonderful Celebrity staff. We were met at the airport and escorted to our hotel, the JW Marriott Quito. The accommodations were outstanding – a beautiful property. We enjoyed our tour of Quito and the trip to the equator.
The following day, we were bussed to the Quito airport and took a charter flight to Baltra. From there, we were taken out to the Xpedition by zodiac, and the real adventure began! During our vacation, we had some incredible wildlife encounters that would not be possible anywhere else. The seals, sea lions, tortoises, sea turtles, birds, land and marine iguanas were completely unphased by our presence, allowing us to take some beautiful pictures. Each day we had at least two excursions, sometimes three. The excursions had different levels of physical activity, so you could choose which one suited you best. Some of the party went kayaking, others went snorkeling, and there was plenty to see.
I can’t say enough good things about the crew onboard the Xpedition. They were wonderful at every step. The naturalists who led our excursions were extremely knowledgeable about the flora and fauna on every island we visited. The waitstaff, kitchen staff, housekeeping and zodiac drivers all provided outstanding service. I can’t think of anything I would change about this vacation, except that it was too short!

We took a cruise with two other couples, and Niki kept all of us on track with everything.
