Our travel agent was on the same cruise and she arranged a priority debarkation pass for us in Cabo, which was awesome. Without this, we would have missed our shore excursion (not booked through the cruise line). Also, Leanne printed our luggage tags and all of our travel documents and sent them to us, which was a blessing (since my printer is broken). Not only that, but our Princess luggage tag was in a nice plastic holder and already folded up.

I don't travel much at all and I have never used a 'Trip Planner'. I will never go anywhere else without Leanne's help! I hate surprises and there were none at all.
