We had a great cruise and I appreciated the help that Don gave to us. Just as an FYI, the private excursion (not through Royal Caribbean but through you) at Juneau- the kayaking excursion with a look at the glacier- had the vendor actually given us rubber boots. We did not even need to bring hiking boots with us on the entire cruise! As well, we did not get within miles of the glacier so while it was cool, people should know that. Ms Sandi Brown went to extremes in helping plan out a vacation of a life time, including our adult son in a wheel chair. We needed assistance for the wheel chair for airlines, train transfers and hotel accommodations. Ms Sandi made sure everything was covered, and the few times we needed assistance she was a phone call away and responded immediately - even while in Paris prior to the Olympics preparations, which were challenging at times. Train transfers, airline tickets, hotels, tours were all handled in a very professional manner with very few changes. Our trip included Paris, Normandy, (prior to the 80th D-Day ceremonies ) and London. A trip we and our son will never forget.- Leeman D.

Carnival had to change our destination at the last minute due to a huricane but thanks to Bill at Cruise Planners we were able to cancel our shore excursions at Bermuda and make new ones at the Bamahmas. If only there were TEN stars to rate Lauren, because that is how much I would recommend booking with her any future travel plans! My family and I decided it was time to book a Disney Cruise after waiting for several years (then came the pandemic). I was still apprehensive about cruising with Covid and various restrictions. BUT I will say.. One of the best decisions I’ve ever made, but more importantly than that, was having Lauren as my travel advisor to help me with every step of the way. As much as I wanted to maximize the full Disney experience, some things I knew for sure would be altered due to Covid, and for that reason I had so many concerns and reservations over moving forward with our plans. She answered every question and concern and understood me (as a mom with little children of her own) and was able to provide me with the most adequate information I needed to make our decision. From the very start to the very end, she made the entire process just seamless! In addition, I decided at the last minute to upgrade our room and within minutes everything was done. I seriously don’t know why we don’t use travel advisors for everything!!
Fast forward… it was the best trip ever and the most memorable experience! It was only because of Lauren that made our dream trip become a reality. There are no
