Rick helped me plan a family cruise for children, grandchildren and a great-grandson. We needed the dates to work for one of my grandchildren who is a teacher, as she would be on break. Our 4 night Royal Carribean cruise was fantastic. The Allure of the Sea offered everything and more for our college kids spring break. We especially enjoyed all of “adults only” areas on the ship and at Coca Cay Hideaway Beach. The food, drinks, service and entertainment on board the ship far exceeded our expectations.

We took an Alaskan cruise in September for our 33rd wedding anniversary. Rick booked our trip on the Celebrity Solstice. The cruise line was great. Food, drinks, and staff were awesome. We were fully aware that is was a Spring Break week and that the boat would be at max capacity, but staff onboard were so friendly and there was so much to do on the boat! Rick and Lori did a superior job helping us plan and prepare for our trip. They took care of so many of the details that were important to us and took a lot of the stress of planning off of us, allowing us to focus on the fun of the trip. They listened to our wants/must-haves/must-do's and did a great job of recommending different venues and activities. Rick and Lori helped us to secure perks and rates we would not have otherwise had access to that really enhanced the experience while we traveled, and they helped us through a snag with our airline at an insane hour of the morning with grace and patience.
Rick was a great help from the start. We were traveling to Mexico with individuals flying out of different states. He recommended the Valentin Imperial which was amazing and arranged the flights and the transportation to and from the resort. We had some issues in the beginning with out outgoing flight. We have now completed two trips we've booked with Lori and Rick and I can't imagine booking through anyone else ever again.
