Currently awaiting the departure date of our third Disney cruise booked by LeAnn! We met her during our first ever Disney cruise and since then we go to LeAnn for all trip needs. She’s efficient, friendly, and always has great recommendations. Our first cruise booked with LeAnn was for my youngest son’s 2nd birthday in 2024. Then I did a girls Disney cruise January of 2025. Now we have a Disney cruise booked for my other son’s 5th birthday this October! There was a minor maintenance issue on both ships and LeAnn contacted them as soon as I notified her and had the issues resolved plus gifts sent to our rooms for the inconvenience.

My husband and I wanted an all inclusive vacation for our anniversary so I reached out to LeAnn for help. She sent options immediately. We picked Hotel Xcaret Arte, based off of her recommendation. LeAnn then did all the work booking our flights and room, plus each park reservation. Communication was great and we were not disappointed with our decision. It was an adult only hotel, with food/drinks included, and amazing parks with transportation provided. There was so much to do! LeAnn even sent a gift to our room the night of our anniversary. Leann is a wonderful travel agent she booked my honeymoon in 2023 at the beautiful Enchantment Resort in Arizona. “America’s Magnificent National Parks” was the trip of a lifetime. Pictures are beautiful, but they don’t capture the depths and heights of these majestic canyons and mountain ranges. Our tour director was five star. He provided “insight”, geology lessons and historical background at each site. There wasn’t a question that stumped him and everyone enjoyed his music selections and snacks along the way. Our coach was luxurious with first class leg space, comfortable seating, and large window views. Our driver provided exceptional service greeting everyone with a ready smile, helping people on and off the bus, and keeping an exceptionally clean vehicle inside and out everyday. His driving skills around the various terrains was exceptional. One finishes the trip with a “treasure trove of memories”.- Kim V.

She graciously kept us informed, helped us make an alternative plans and walked us through cancellations as the world turned upside down. Dee is wonderful, responsive and planned an excellent cruise and land experience for us. This was our first cruise and we were thrilled with what we experienced and received. Dee planned special unique tours for our small group and we had wonderful personal and very stimulating guided experiences. Olympia, Athens and Zakynthos were peak experiences. We saw the Acropolis at the dawns first light and met our fried Alex for lunch that day. We had wonderful free days where we walked with our friends through great shopping streets to renting a car to explore the sunny beaches of Mykonos. Dee provided a seamless guide to our vacation and facilitated resolutions of any questions. It was beautiful to be invited to the wedding of Chelsea and Estaban on board and to celebrate their day topped off with delicious wedding cake for dessert. We got to know Dees family and friends and made wonderful connections for the future.
