There aren't enough words... Beth....I'm not sure there are enough words to describe how truly amazing our trip was. Your help, guidance, suggestions all served to make it just perfect. All transfers were on time and the companies were super professional. Our experience with AMA could not have been better. They treated us so well...especially Keltey. All hotels in Switzerland already had Keltey's bed prepared with robe and slippers which I so appreciated. That way she never felt like an afterthought. And Paris!!! Paris hotel blew us away....we had the ENTIRE 8th floor. 4 access' to 3 balconies with just over the top views. Our macarons at LeFoodest were superb. And she was a Cordon Bleu trained Chef and just delightful. We have put down our deposit for the next AMA vacay....just have to decide in the next two years. We put you down as our agent. Amazing River Cruise! Hi Beth, Now that we are back and have recouped a bit, I wanted to send you an email to say thank you and give you a recap of our trip. We were lucky that all our travels went well and felt good knowing that you were keeping track of us and were there to help all along the way. From the time we landed in Budapest until we left AMA was great. Our cruise director, Rachel, went above and beyond for us, especially for my mom's birthday. She upgraded my mom's cabin and there were flowers and a birthday card from the crew in her cabin on her birthday. Plus, the singing and cake they gave her at dinner on her birthday was fabulous. They made her birthday special, and we truly appreciated it. Our cruise got special permission to leave Budapest at night, so we were able to cruise past the parliament building all lit up while they played music and passed out complimentary drinks on the top deck. All the tours and guides were wonderful and besides being a little hot the weather cooperated the whole time. The food was great and there was a lot of it. We will now be eating salads over the next couple weeks, but it was worth it. We would definitely sail on AMA again and are already thinking about our next cruise.
