Jimmy planned a great cruise for New Neighbors
We went on a two week European Vacation to Italy and Greece and we could not have coordinated everything without Jim. We had 15 people going with hotel stays in 3 different Italian cities before we went on a 7 day Mediterranean cruise. It was a wonderful vacation and I was very pleased with our accomodations. Thank you so much for all the coordinated help!
Jimmy D. with Cruise Planners is wonderful! This is the second vacation he has planned for me and my husband and both have been exceptional and given us fabulous memories. Last year he planned an all-inclusive in Cancun for us and this year, a Western Caribbean cruise with Norwegian Cruise Line.
We had a spacious balcony room, great amenities, and special dining. He sent us great excursion adventures to pick from. The WaveRunner Tour at Great Stirrup Cay has been our most favorite excursion to date.

We just returned from a 10 day vacation to the mediterranean which included a 7 day cruise and nights in Barcelona and Rome. It was fantastic and all thanks to the attention of Jimmy. We would highly recommend the services of Jimmy D. We had a big problem with NCL (stranded at the pier) on our cruise for which we booked by ourselves. We were left helpless and hopeless of how to arrange passage to the next port. A friend of ours had used is services in the past. Jimmy stepped up on a Sunday afternoon to not only help us with NCL but also arrange our flights, rail, hotels, and excursion in Scotland. We would not have salvaged our trip if Jimmy D had not not been involved. We would highly recommend his expertise, knowledge and service. Don't tackle on your own. I was so relaxed when planning my cruise with Jimmy. He made it simple to make payments as well as making sure I was recieving all the amenities that came along with the Celebrity Equinox Cruise in May. We had some glitches that was on Celebrity but Jimmy was right there working for us to make our cruise experience an A+ and it was. Our Sydney extension was wonderful. The Inter Continental hotel was in a perfect location for us to walk to the circular Quay, the Botanical Gardens, the Ferry , and restaurants. The zoo tour was excellent along with the Sydney Opera house. Our trip to the blue mountains was very enjoyable. Overall we had a fantastic time.
Jim was great to work with before the cruise but we made it clear that having a walkout balcony was important to us. The Beyond did not have this, just a sliding window. Also could not book the Magic Carpet or Black Jack tournament as sold out weeks before the cruise date.
We have had many wonderful trips planned by Jimmy D! Not only did he listen to our wants and fit in what we wanted to see, but also had many suggestions when I didn’t know where to start! We also have had a few times where a driver or tour guide had to cancel and before we even found out, Jimmy took care of finding an alternate and not only saved the day, but he saved me the stress of trying to do it myself! More and more he stands out above the rest and goes above and beyond what your average TA would do! Very happy with Jimmy D and always highly recommend!!
I have used Jim Dunnavant with Cruise Planners for multiple trips and have been very satisfied! I am very impressed with the care he takes in planning. We have had many things come up than could have been “issues” and he took care of them before I even knew and handled it all for me, yes even while we were overseas traveling and it may have been 2 a.m. in Georgia!
I trust him and appreciate all of his help as well as the savings he is able to find for me!
