The Rocky Mountaineer experience delivered a unique experience I will cherish forever. I met many wonderful people and saw sights that took my breath away. The land outings were amazing, and our guides were fun and knowledgeable. They went out of their way to curate unforgettable experiences working around unforeseen road or site closures. Accommodations provided needed respite from high energy outings and the inclusion of a free day was well planned. Staying at the world-renowned Fairmont Chateau was icing on the cake.

In January of 2019, I received news of my beloved Uncle's passing. Distraught and panicked, I called Cruise Planners NYC's Fern Llamas Robles. I haven't been back to the Philippines in ages and I did not know where to start. Fern listened to me intently in between my sobbing to figure out the best itinerary for me. I had budget limitations and my work schedule was tight, however, she totally worked around both obstacles and booked the best flights that accommodated both my budget and work schedule.
