The absolute best experience ever. Chris went above and beyond to connect with us, get to know us, find our what our personal wants and needs are for the trip and offered some great trip options that were available. He sent us over excursion options and answered all our questions and concerns. On top of that, any changes or alterations to our trip was quickly and loudly communicated. With COVID restrictions, he made sure we had all the information necessary to ensure safe entry/departure from both ends. The trip itself was PHENOMENAL and will be booking again in the future with Chris.
