I don't think I've used a travel agent since the 1990s but I am so glad I did for this trip. My travel plans were complicated and spanned travel to 3 countries with challenging requirements. Steve intervened when I had flights delayed, flights cancelled, and gate assignments changing faster than I could keep track of. He was on top of it at every juncture working to get me where I needed to go within very tough time constraints. I am travelling internationally again in February. Steve Fermi in Fairfield, CA, helped all six of us individually to plan a truly memorable trip to Italy. We were coming from California and New jersey for a family reunion in Tuscany. Steve helped us all plan our itineraries, manage hotels, costs, safety and even trains. While seeing the various sights each of us separately wanted to see, eventually all of us ended up together in Tuscany. He is amazing and he helped us every step of the way. Steve and Lisa are so great to work with. I have been trying to plan a couple trips through them, one being a cruise to Alaska that was postponed due to Covid. I was dying to go glamping. I contacted Steve and he did the research and found several options within my budget. He was able to secure my reservation that included my dog. The campsite was just what we wanted. Pampered Wilderness, located in Millersylvania State Park in Olypia Washington, was just the ticket. Steve and Lisa have so many deals and opportunities available. I have been on a couple cruises and never did I realize that some leave right here from San Francisco! I just loved my trip to Alaska and the fact that I can drive 45 minutes away and get onto a cruise makes it even better. I plan to go again sometime and you can bet I will be going through Steve and Lisa when I plan my trip!
I have also noticed that they have sooo many trip specials I can't wait to take advantage of right here closer to home!

From the very first time I spoke with Steve I knew I would be in good hands with the planning of my birthday wine and beer tour. I was hesitant about our plans because we had a large group and I thought it would be a lot of work on me, but it wasn't at all.
