My family and I went on a trip last year in July 2024, I thought with this being my cruise everythihg would be hectic and stressful, but with the help of Yanick Palmer and Bob Deshommes 5 Star Travel Group it was stress free. I invited some family and friends because it was my husband's and mom birthday so i really wanted this to be special and it was exactly that. They made sure I understand everything or had any questions and had all the necessary documents for my family of 5. We were offered a list of hotels in area to stay at since we traveled down a day early. They were very helpful from the beginning to the end. This cruise goes down in the books and will be booking another very soon.

Vacation was great. Planning stages was on point. The reminders of when payments were due was very helpful. I like how I had access via email or text. Even the occasional phone calls were very helpful. Ms Yanick was a pleasure to work with. I would recommend her services and will use them again. The resort was beautiful. The food was tasty and yummy. A little tweak here and there for the rooms. However the staff were great.!!!

I absolutely enjoyed every part of my vacation to Jamaica. My family & I stayed at the Hilton Rose Montego Bay Spa & Resort. The hotel was fantastic, the food & the hotel amenities were great! The staffs were exceptionally phenomenal. I will be visiting again. Yanick and her crew was absolutely thee best at making sure that we were prepared and ready for our trip. Yanick was very patient and accommodating to all our needs and concerns. It was a very huge group and I have to say she did exceeding well at managing & stay on top of everything. Yanick was an extremely professional Cruise Planner Agent. She is very family friendly and takes into consideration all of my traveling needs. It was also a great treat to receive constant emails and updates regarding our Carnival cruise ship. My experience with cruise planners has been more than amazing. All you have to do is tell them what you want and they make it happen. They send emails to remind you of important dates. Send emails to remind you of payments due date.
