Something good to know- if you have illness in your room, and you use the luggage service when debarking, you have to wait until the last piece of luggage is claimed before they will bring in the bags for the sick room. My extended family recently went on an awesome trip to the Dominican Republic and Toni coordinated it all. She arranged flights for 10 people from 3 different cities on 2 different airlines. Toni communicated with us well by phone and text and was very responsive to our questions. She worked hard to find us the best flights that matched our schedule, layover preferences and airline loyalty programs. I had a small hitch with how the airline entered my name on my ticket so it didn't match my passport, which would have been a no-go if it was discovered at the airport, but Toni fixed it over a weekend well before our travel date. My dad was interested in travel insurance and Toni provided many options so he could choose what he wanted. Saved him the step of having to research it himself. The travel documents she sent us outlined every step of the process from the minute we landed to our arrival at the resort.
