Jim was a great source when we started this vacation process. I had found a deal to Iceland on a website called TravelZoo and I asked Jim to check it out and see if he could bring any more value to the deal. He did! He scored us a free car rental through the same hotel. He was able to save us money on multiple excursions that we had planned in NYC at the beginning of our trip and he was helpful through the whole process from planning to during the trip when there were a couple of hiccups.
