I began my love of travel at the age of 21 when I joined TWA as an agent working at the ticket counter and eventually working my way up to Agent-in-Charge of the weight and balance dept. The flight benefits were incredible and I took full advantage of them, traveling to places all over the world! After 9/11, TWA unfortunately went out of business and after a short stint with American Airlines, I eventually retired from the airline business, but never lost my love of travel.

Years later, I received a call from an old friend from TWA who had opened her own travel agency franchise and was looking to expand. I jumped at the opportunity to once again travel the world and this time to share my experience and expertise with friends, family, and acquaintances. I used that experience, and when I was ready, I opened my own franchise with Cruise Planners. I now run an office that includes not only myself, but 6 associates as well, all who bring their own expertise and experience with them.

Since signing on with them, I have earned a number of certifications including: • NACTA – National Association of Career Travel Agents • CLIA – Cruise Lines International Association • Certified Sandals Specialist • Certified Melia Specialist • Aruba Certified Expert • Certified Florida Specialist • Marriot Specialist.

Despite of the name of the agency (Cruise Planners), we handle ALL aspects of ANY type of travel from cruises to air travel to hotels and resorts to rental cars (basically anything on land, air, or sea). While starting off booking trips for just family and friends, business has expanded by word of mouth and referrals so that the majority of my current clients were unknown to me when I began.
