Chris is a phenomenal travel agent. She helped my husband and I plan our dream honeymoon to two Hawaiian Islands- Oahu and Maui. She provided us with great insight into airfare accommodations, resorts to stay at on both islands, hopper plane information, and excursion recommendations. She made the entire planning process so simple, smooth, and seamless. She assisted us every step of the way. In fact, our airfare to Hawaii reduced in price less than 24 hours after we initially booked, and Chris called us immediately to inform us of the flight price change, and called the airline to get us a refund for the difference in cost.
Before we left for our honeymoon, Chris sent us a package in the mail, that contained personalized bride and groom t-shirts that we loved and wore on the plane ride to Hawaii, along with some travel necessities/goodies, and all trip details including airfare reservations, rental car reservations, resort reservations, and excursion reservations. When we arrived to Oahu, we had a significant delay with our rental car, and Chris called the company immediately to cancel our reservation, get us a full refund, and helped us reserve a new car with a different company. While on the trip, Chris sent us a very sweet and unexpected gift to our hotel room, which had a thoughtful note and some yummy goodies to enjoy while away.

As someone who has travelled extensively for business and pleasure, I always used a travel agent. Chris Bafumo is one of the best and I love working with her. I honestly have no idea why more people don't use a travel agent - You don't usually save any money and, even if it costs a little bit more, having someone as a point person and advocate for you while traveling is priceless!
