Cruise Planners® was founded in 1994 by Michelle Fee along with two travel industry veterans in Coral Springs, FL. Since then, the company has spread Cruisitude® around the world. A major reason for our success is that we're founded by travel professionals. When Michelle started Cruise Planners®, she was a travel agent and a young mother who had a passion for travel and a drive for success.
The founding partners knew what it took to run a successful travel agency and wanted to impart their knowledge. Barb- You did a perfect job planning our flights, pre-stay in Seattle, and our cruise. One of the biggest highlights for us was flying in first class round trip. We don't know how you pulled that one off, but it was fabulous. The flights went off without a hitch. Now we are spoiled! The Paramount hotel was also a winner in Seattle. There were a lot of eating places around our hotel that were easy to get to. Our room on board the Ovation was very nice. This will be the third cruise booked through here. B?arb Kaufman is the vacation planner I use and she is absolutely amazing. Works very hard to get everything you need or want on your vacation. The first trip was a cruise with my elderly father. He has some mobility problems and she worked do hard to make sure all of the accommodations that he needed were met and more. She even went the extra mile and met us at my dads house for all our meetings. There are so many great things I could say about her but this little statement wouldn't be to little.
We had a amazing time on our vacation and having someone else plan everything for us made it so much less stressful!
