ZThe trip of a lifetime! This trip exceeded my expectations. The guide we had for the tour was wonderful, informative, helpful and had a great personality. Right from the beginning we had information about where would go, what we would do, packing lists that was VERY helpful, reminders as the trip came closer, and even a “get together phone call” before we left so we could meet everyone and go over any questions that anyone had which was very helpful. We had help with making reservations for airfare, extra night hotel, and even help after the entire group left making sure that we got to the airport and checked in ok. We will be using Sonee and Todd for our travels in the future

My sister and I wanted to go to Spain to celebrate our birthdays by going on a dream trip to Spain. I had previously been to Europe but more the Northern, English speaking areas and my sister had yet to travel over the big pond, so we wanted help in the planning process. Todd & Sonee certainly did that and made the whole trip a very smooth process. They were very communicative when we were planning the trip and discussing changes we wanted as we did not want a trip that was overly saturated with museums and buildings, but instead a trip that let us explore the culture and food of Spain. We had some specific wants for the trip and then had some areas where we didn't know what we wanted to do with ourselves. Todd and Sonee took that and created a very great itinerary complete with transport to and from locations, tour suggestions, bookings, etc. Because of this, our trip went off without a hitch and we felt comfortable knowing that if we needed assistance, they would be available to help problem solve with us. They were a safety net we could depend on if needed, but thankfully we didn't even need assistance. Overall, it was a wonderfully planned trip.

We had scoured the internet looking for an all inclusive resort in Jamaica that was West facing, with palapas on the beach and had beachfront accommodations. We couldn't tell which resorts met those criteria from the descriptions on the internet. We contacted Sonee and she very quickly located the perfect property for us. Sonee did a great job getting our group of 9 booked for our Caribbean cruise, including helping us navigate last minute changes and the excursion options. Our trip was just what we were hoping for and all nine of us had a great time! I can't wait to book another trip with her!
Kay and I had a wonderful 10-day cruise and over-land trip with Princess Cruise Lines.
We loved the wildlife (moose, caribou, mountain goats, sea otters, seals, sea lions and WHALES), the tour of Denali and several off-ship excursions.
We were truly blessed to see Denali clearly for a day and a half and really enjoyed all the glaciers.
The entire tour was was run with perfect logistics and the crew and train/bus attendants were very helpful.
We'd recommend it to anyone!

They were so helpful for us! Our original cruise was March 2020, which we abruptly had to cancel due to Covid. Todd and Sonee worked hard to help us find a new cruise that would match our needs even 2 years later. After 2 years and finally getting to go on the cruise, our flights got delayed and canceled. On their day off, they helped us quickly create a new plan and did everything they could to keep our trip flawless. Afterwards, they helped us submit all of our insurance claims due to the canceled and delayed flights. They are wonderful to work with!!

Our vacation with Uncruise was an incredible adventure. After a year of hardships and heartaches, I wanted to go to Alaska with my best friends. We were originally thinking of a small ship experience either on Viking or American Cruise Lines, but we're not the type to sit and enjoy the view. We wanted something interactive. After talking to Sonee, she suggested Uncruise, and our trip did not disappoint. We kayaked, snowshoed, saw incredible wildlife and more. The food was incredibly delectable. This vacation was life changing! Through the experiences where I had to live in the moment for my safety in the ocean, I learned how to live life more in the moment. I would recommend Todd & Sonee to anyone who wants to ensure a vacation of a lifetime. I never would've found this cruise line had it not been for them really listening to me.

Our trip was flawless. So happy we chose to take a guided tour around Scotland, Ireland and Iceland. We would have never been able to see what we saw over the 21 days we were gone. We were very happy with the accommodations; how many people can say they slept in a castle in Scotland and Ireland. The flow of our trip could be tiring at times but that made sleeping at night easier. We never once told ourselves "It's time to go home". The food was awesome! Breakfast was normally buffet style, but the choices ranged from oatmeal to omelets, fresh fruit and breads, juices, coffee, tea. We didn't really need to eat lunch because breakfast was so satisfying's. They served us in the evening, and we had a set menu to choose from. One morning we all had a very early start and the staff made us all to go bags. All of which were good. Our entertainment was awesome. There were Bag Pipers, Irish Dancers, and Guitar Players entertaining us with Traditional Scottish/Irish Music. Iceland was amazing. We saw so many waterfalls, enjoyed 2 of their many hot sulfur springs, geysers, and we learned more about how earthquakes and volcanos form on the Island. Thank You Todd and Sonee for making our trip so memorable.

My daughter graduated from high school and I thought why not take her somewhere she’s never been! I talked with Todd and Sonee about the possibility of an all inclusive trip! They got back to me with several options; I gave them a price range I’d like to stay within and in a few days they found a resort in Cancun for 5 days for $2,800 all inclusive! Everything they showed me was just as beautiful or more when we got there, and they helped me through all of my anxiety prior to boarding the plane! I can now check 2 things off my bucket list: BEST trip ever and European river cruise (Viking Danube River Cruise). I've wanted to cruise through Europe since we were stationed there 25 years ago. Back then we were tied down with 3 littles and now, well it was an absolutely amazing trip.
I've never been able to enjoy a vacation where there was no work to be done, planning to figure out, etc. The only decisions I had to make this time were who I wanted to sit with, what I wanted to drink with my meal, and did I want to try the food of the local area where we were in or have an American staple instead? We met wonderful people every day on the ship. All we had to do was wake up every morning and enjoy our day. I met the most interesting and wonderful people from all over and loved that the ship was small enough that it had a more intimate feel, yet plenty of room to get about. I can't wait to go on another trip. Sonee Kumro, my travel planner, made sure this was the best trip ever!! Thank you Sonee!!
