The cruise we took was a rebooked cruise after our first one was cancelled by the cruise company. Being in a pandemic is hard enough but you want insurance that someone is looking after you when cruising is back up and running and that is exactly what Brad did even informing us of bidding for a upgrade. With all this in safe hands it was time to relax and enjoy. We took our son and his girlfriend with us.
When we arrived home Brad phoned after a few days to see if everything was okay and went to plan.
Wouldn’t hesitate to rebook with Brad again, cost is not always the issue but quality of service is from which we got.

Just returned from an amazing cruise that I booked through Brad. We booked both the cruise and the excursions through Brad and in hind sight we were SO HAPPY not to have booked the excursions through the ship. Instead of hearing huge groups of cruise passengers we got off the boat, followed our easy directions and had small group excursions which were amazing!
