Kimmi arranged my New Year trip to Jamaica with speed and expertise . My trip was last minute and unexpected, less than 6 week notice. Sorry not sorry (JAMAICA on NEW YEAR). I had the worst time with a previous travel agent, I mean it was horrific. I swore I would never travel with Norwegian or EVER use another travel agent again. I was connected with Kimi Jackson in hopes for some guidance and she took the time to walk me through how to fix a situation that another agent had completely messed up. Ms Jackson never once pushed me or made me feel like I was being "sold". Because she took the time to talk to me about what I really wanted, and truly listened, I decided to give using a travel agent another chance. I must admit, I was EXTREMELY impressed with how she listened to what I wanted and BOY WAS I PICKY. I mean I had the worst service before and was not going to go through it again, I know for fact I was probably really difficult. NOT ONE time did Kimi make me feel like I was too much. She laughed with me, and just made this whole process so smooth and because of that, I didn't just book a regular room, I booked THE HAVEN. Kimi simply went ABOVE and BEYOND to make sure I fully understood what was going on. She was so professional and charming that I just can't imagine ever using anyone else. My trip is not for another year, but Kimi has always taken the time to answer my calls even with my most annoying questions LOL and never once has she made me feel like I was a burden. I am just so happy with Cruise Planners and Kimi Jackson, that I just will NOT go anywhere else.
