From the moment we decided to go on a cruise, all the planning, to the moment we stepped onboard the ship Michelle took care of us all the way. She answered so many questions I had, had great ideas & helpful hints, and was able to direct us to the best excursions for our special needs kiddo. She took our whole family into account when suggesting excursions, it was SO VERY HELPFUL! She thought about each one of us and what we might need. She never seemed bothered, though I know I asked her the same question multiple times. She was very pleasant and happy to help. We will definitely user her again!

Michelle was wonderful to work with from start to finish on our trip to Alaska. We had a tight connecting flight and knew that there was a chance we would miss it.
