My husband and I have not cruised since 2015, and never with our kids. I was a bit nervous, however, Emily made everything so easy. She answered all my silly questions, helped get me set up and organized with all documents we needed. I could not have asked for a better cruise planner. The boarding was a mess due to the Ship had a late return. Stood in line for several hours and was late boarding. With a Bad back and no place to sit it was an experience I'll always remember. Once aboard we noticed no one was welcoming us aboard as the other Cruise Lines provide and the Bar was extremally short staffed . It took my Wife 26 minutes just to get two glasses of water. The food was amazing and the Market Place Buffet was large enough to accommodate the passengers so we didn't have to wait in long lines and the variety of the selections were very pleasing and delicious . As for the Cabin , it was clean and comfortable. I'd estimate about 75% of the Staff were very accommodating and pleasant. The other 25% could use some Customer Service training and learn how to make the passengers feel more welcomed . Over all I'd say we had a good time based on the cost which I was glad it was only a 3 day Cruise. We disembarked the Ship around 7:45 am which moved quickly however, once in the Parking Garage it became a nightmare of stilling in line for a little over two hours.
Over all , I wouldn't hesitate to contact our Agent , Emily Luster to book another Cruise in the future but it wouldn't be with MSC Cruise Line's .

If your looking at any other site for a travel agent "Look no further" Sunshine Destination has been nothing but amazing they have been just wonderful to me got me the best deal on my dream trip everything was smooth no questions unanswered and I was hesitant to go with a travel agent because I thought all they want is your money and they dont care about the client well I was completely wrong about that she makes you feel like family and that's what I like every trip moving forward will go through sunshine Destinations thnaks for everything
