Stephanie Dale – Owner & Travel Advisor Stephanie is a passionate, honest, and dedicated travel professional who puts client care first. Her goal is to ensure every traveler enjoys not only a well-planned trip, but one that creates memories to last a lifetime.

Steph outdid herself again. We told her we were looking for a cruise and she recommended Celebrity Cruise line and highly endorsed the Sky Retreat (suite) package).
We were pampered and had VIP service at every turn. Retreat guest have their own restaurant with Michelin Chef quality food , and service to match. We had a butler that customized our mini bar to our preference and was available for any need we had. This was all inclusive and one of the best vacation values for this high level service. Going to Greece has been a dream for my husband and me for years. We had planned to go the summer of 2020 and of course due to the pandemic our plans were cancelled.
We reached out to Steph, not only because I’ve known her for 30 years, but because she is the best at what she does. We let Steph know which islands we wanted to see, and she basically took care of the rest. We returned from our two week vacation in Greece and cannot say enough positive things about the amazing hotels that Stephanie booked for our stay, as well as the cooking class, the wine tasting, the olive oil tasting the synchronized private drivers who were there when we needed to be picked up and dropped off. Just returned from an Alaska cruise. Steph arranged for pre-cruise hotel and transportation to the ship. She recommended some good excursions. She also ensured we received several hundred dollars in on-board credits that we were eligible for. We just returned from a Mediterranean Ocean Cruise, which Steph planned for us after listening to our expectations and wishes. The entire trip was excellent and planned down to the last detail. There was a last-minute change in the return air travel, which Steph let us know about (no the airline did not alert us to the change) and handled the rebooking. Since this trip was delayed for over a year due to COVID, Steph did a great job staying in communication with us until it actually happened! My family planned full Alaskan cruise through Steph. Right before paid we found out we were expecting and couldn't travel that far into pregnancy on a cruise. Stepsh rebooked our whole vacation to fly into Alaska and have 6 full days of excursions. We will have memories for a lifetime.
It was a bit overwhelming to plan a trip to Maui for my wife's 50th birthday. Using Steph took out all the anxiety and uncertainty. Steph started with getting our requirements and budget and found us an amazing resort with spectacular views and service. I did not have to try to screen multiple locations to weed out the good from the bad. Steph also got us a good deal on our rental car and by getting us a breakfast package. We had the vacation of a lifetime!
Giant KUDOS to Steph!!! We had a mishap with the resort and they gave us the wrong room (we actually reserved a Villa). I texted Steph the next morning and she got right on the phone with Resort and resolved everything within a couple of hours. We were upgraded to our Villa and provided a couple of perks for our inconvenience. Steph was quick and efficient to resolve our problem and we were able to enjoy the rest of our vacation.- Tammy G.
