Sheila gives my family the personal attention like no other travel agent used. We have now had four or five trips with her and every single one of them was first class to the T! On one vacation out of the country the transportation team was trying to scam us, and she unrested within two minutes of us, calling her they apologized and the issue was resolved and we were not forced to pay any more money. Sheila did an excellent job planning our honeymoon. She was so helpful and was always on top of things from start to finish. Even when our flight times changed, she was quick to communicate with us and was a great problem solver. Sheila also makes sure to stick with you until you get home from your trip. On the day of our return flight, our flight was delayed, and Sheila got right on it looking for alternative flights. We had a great time! Everything was organized. We had a great driver that gave us all details about Ireland and its history along with giving alot of local resources to place togo. Todd made sure we where all safe, included and helped with any extra information we needed for our on own time. The hotels and transportation top shelf and seamless. Sheila was very helpful and knowledgeable in all the questions we had pre trip and during, was like having Alfred in the bat cave .
