Candice's love for travel and world-wide experiences led to friends and family asking for assistance planning their vacations. In May 2017 Candice purchased the Cruise Planners franchise with Wes as the first associate. Candice went full-time in April 2018. In August 2019 two associates, Linda Zirkle and Erika Humphreys, joined the franchise. October 2021 brought Lori Painter, and May 2023 Becky Sheehan joined the team, all four bringing along many travel experiences.

Candice helped my daughter and I make a 3 week vacation trip to New Zealand a reality. She took care of things we didn't even know we needed. From private transportation to and from every event/ hotel/ trip to special little hotels that were on the water or near the downtown areas or near special attractions, we had the best of the best. She worked with a New Zealand planner to make sure we got all the Lord of the Rings trips and venues covered and the best local attractions that make New Zealand so unique... from the local M?ori people to the hot springs in Rotorua to the WW2gunnery forts on Mount Victoria in Auckland to the extreme sports in Wellington...we saw it all and had a blast. We took trains, cars, vans, buses and even a plane home from Milford sound on our last day. We told her we didnt want to do much driving so she set us up with all kinds of other options. All the way we were supported by her itinerary which told us all the details of our daily trips. We did drive for one 3 day stint and that was interesting (other side of the car and road!) Where to go, what to wear, what to expect, who was picking us up...it was so easy. Before we left for our trip she went over options, choices in trips, events, places we wanted to see. She made sure our choice of airline seating was what we wanted and she spoke to us about long distance travel, things we needed to take with us, tips on comfort for the long haul! She met with us and went over the trip, took payments for over a year and kept us up to date as a few things changed with the airlines before our trip. Then the day before our trip a big snow storm was due to arrive and she booked us out on a flight to Texas before the snow could stop all flights out of Dulles! She got us a hotel room and set it all up for us to makes sure we were able to fly out on time the next day. I cant wait to book my next trip with her for my husband and I to do a cross country USA trip! Thanks Candice for being GREAT and making everything easy!- Dawn L.

We've planned all of our big trips with Candice and Wes! There is no other way to do it. Everything and detail is perfect and our trips have been the best. So far we've booked cruises, our all inclusive honeymoon to St. Lucia, and a trip to Montana with them. I made a mistake in communication on our trip to Montana and Candice was able to fix wverything and book us the perfect trip on relatively short notice. We are impressed everytime!
I have not booked a previous vacation through you guys but I love all the pictures and details you post! I often get nervous about the thought of leaving simple Page County and the furthest I’ve been is probably Pigeon Forge, TN!
