Working with Jamie was great. Cruising is not my most preferred form of vacation, but I went to be with my brother and his wife and some of their family. The chocolate covered strawberries were delicious and we truly appreciate your thoughtfulness! We had a great time with our kids and grandkids! My family and I recently came back from Universal Studios Orlando, Fl. We had the best vacation thanks to our vacation planner Jennifer Bortone. She did extensive research on which hotel would be best suited for our trip and she thought the Lowe’s Royal Pacific would be an amazing choice due to the closeness to the parks and the perks you get at a premiere hotel. She was RIGHT!! We loved the convenience of being so close to the park you can walk on this beautiful path or just take the complimentary boat ride to city walk! Although my Wife's family was already booked, Sejal booked our trip to the Riviera Maya, Mexico for our family so that my wife could be part of her family reunion during the winter holidays. Regents Seven Seas is a fantastic cruise line that we will surely use again. Their "all inclusive" model is ideal. The staff is very well-trained and made our trip the most enjoyable ever. By the second day, they knew our names, our drink choice and when to bring it as well as our laundry preferences. Jamie was very attentive and helped with the whole process.

Sejal turned the phrase "The devil is in the details" into "The god is in the details?" Yes, with her meticulous planning of every detail of our Costa Rica vacation, she made our experience very enjoyable and flawless. From the time we landed in that country to our departure, everything was planned very well. Transportation from and to the airport, food, three resorts in different parts of the country, transportation between resorts, and activities like multiple guided hikes, horseback riding, and private catamaran excursion were perfectly planned and executed. Although this was not our first experience with Jamie, and we already knew her attention to detail and recommendations were bang on, this trip was different and we learned first hand how she takes care of each client until the end. My husband was set to meet me in Florida on the day of our cruise, Jamie suggested booking with the cruise line as flying in same day could be risky(she wasn’t kidding). We did so and due to the fact that his initial meeting with CBP did not go well as he met up with a grouch. He had all documents, except cruise itinerary and luggage, I had both with me in Florida. He was rejected and sent back to Canadian side as suspicious. He watched his plane leave without him. My first call was to Jamie as I was in a panic. The call came at 6:30 am but panic knows no time and I called her. She was away on a family vacation but immediatly called me back, we had a conference call with Celebrity and unfortunately we were to miss the sail away. She sprung into action putting me in touch with the emergency line at Celebrity cruise lines and they were wonderful. We were flown to Cozumel to meet our ship the next day, we stayed in a beautiful hotel and transfers were flawless. All was well that ended well. Hubby had no problems with CBP second time around, he made it on the next flight out (although too late for sail away) and all was good. Lesson learned ALWAYS TAKE CANCELLATION INSURANCE!!!!!!! You never ever know what can happen at our borders these days. Without a hint of hesitation I would recommend zfamilytravels to plan your next cruise or dream vacation.
