Our team has a wealth of travel experience: Rich and I celebrated our marriage in the Bahamas, while Jana and her husband, Jeff, tied the knot in Mexico. Between us, we’ve journeyed across Europe and visited nearly every island in the Caribbean. I've been an avid cruiser since childhood, with my first voyage on The Big Red Boat igniting a lifelong love for the open seas.
Our favorite destinations reflect our love of diverse experiences—whether it’s the culture and history of Europe, with cherished spots in Italy, Greece (especially Mykonos), Barcelona, and the South of France, or the relaxation of Aruba, with its stunning beaches and vibrant dining scene. Using Cruise Planners (Nicole) was awesome. So nice to not have to research where to go - we let Cruise Planners handle that. Nicole asked us questions to learn about what type of experience we were looking for, who we were travelling with (adults/kids) and she did the rest. She made it so easy by doing the reserach and providing us with the options. Cruise Planners handled the booking, seat selection on flights, ground transportation to and from hotel. Our transportation was great since it was private (no stopping at other hotels) and had AC in the van. So much better than when you get out on a group transport. You can also schedule the return trip based on your timeline not the airlines! One of the families we traveled with had issues with how they submitted the passport info and only figured it out a couple days before the trip. Nicole jumped in and saved the day/trip! She got it all sorted and it didnt impact the trip at all. I could imagine what they would have had to do to get that sorted out directly through the airline! She was awesome. In reading the reviews of the hotel and restaurants, we heard how hard it is to get reservations and to get them at a reasonable time. Again, Nicole to the rescue, she got us reservations at the 2 most popular restaurants at times we had asked for! We really appreciated the gift box she sent us with some suntan lotion, bag tags, cool mini hangers. That was a nice surprise. Nicole also had the hotel put a birthday banner with balloons and a cake in the room for our daughter's sweet 16. We could not have been happier with the service we received from Nicole and Cruise Planners. There is a reason we have used Nicole/Cruise Planners for multiple trips and it comes down to outstanding service, support, and genuine interest in our family and what type of vacation we are looking for and within the right budget! But knowing that if there are any issues we can reach out to Nicole/Cruise Planners and she will do everything in her power to help gives me and my family peace of mind which is important when travelling to an island outside of the US. Punta Cana was beautiful. Hyatt Ziva was great. Staff was friendly. We did a few excursions. Swam with sharks, boogie rides at the adventure park, ate at the Blind Butcher, which was an experience in itself right there on resort. Didn't get too many pics but will send some your way.
Next up another trip to Aruba for summer I believe with more people and we want to get Switzerland on the books.

I just finished a second family vacation planned by Nicole. Last year she planned a Disney vacation for my oldest daughter’s Sweet 16 that was perfect in every way. Yesterday, we just got back from a trip to Punta Cana at the Hard Rock hotel for my second daughter’s Sweet 16, also planned by Nicole and it was equally as perfect. This last trip, I even started the trip off needing medical assistance, and Nicole texted me through the entire process ,so that my trip was not ruined. She even made it possible to bring my elderly and handicapped 80-year-old in-laws to this tropical paradise. Prior to the trip, she assisted with all of the arrangements to make it possible and everything went flawlessly. We typically don’t use a travel agent as we’re quite independent and savvy at finding travel deals, but Nicole Fisher was great to work with. She really listened to our needs as my wife is Celiac and significant dietary restrictions. Once we selected and paid for our vacation, her high level of service only increased. She personally called the Executive Chef at our resort and arranged for us to meet him upon check-in. At the end of our vacation, we ran into flight issues and despite us not having booked our flights through Nicole, she still stepped up to help us and monitor our existing flights. Nicole consistently went above and beyond!

I told Nicole my top priorities: warm weather, the beach, and to relax. I didn't want to travel too far and of course, budget was a consideration. She recommended Punta Cana and I agreed. Then she made her magic happen...all inclusive, a wonderful resort, affordable, extra special surprises from the resort due to Nicole telling them it was our Anniversary while we were there. The weather was perfect, our room had a beach view, they doted on us like we were royalty, the beach was spectacular (with shade for my non sun loving husband). Flights were great, Delta-comfort non stop, and not only on time, but ahead of schedule! I have not traveled internationally in 15 years, she walked me through the passport process, and app to get through customs easier, an app to communicate with my family (So I didn't have use cellular, and I could use Wi-Fi).
