My friends and I had a wonderful time on our girl’s trip to Barcelo in Aruba. The weather was perfect! The security was excellent and we all felt safe. The price was affordable for each of us. The beds and shower/water pressure were excellent. The service was great and staff was very friendly. We especially liked the pool and the beach. Fortunately, two of us are early risers so we were able to secure a spot at the pool everyday. Unfortunately, we didn’t like the food or the liquor choices. We decided to leave the resort for dinner one night and went to the Flying Fishbone and had an excellent meal! We were disappointed that our room smelled of mildew, the lighting in our rooms was poor and there wasn’t a fan in the bathroom. We were also frustrated by the door cards because they were very temperamental and didn’t always work. Thank you for your help in making this trip possible.

Working with Steve was a pleasure in planning our Viking Passage cruise and even saved us additional money by working with him. The hotels he booked in Copenhagen and Boston were outstanding. Steve was wonderful helping us to navigate through the trip planning process. I was a first timer and had tons of questions about EVERYTHING! He was amazing, he always got back to me in a timely fashion, very patient, and addressed all my concerns. He even made sure to send me checklists and timelines as the trip was approaching to make sure I had a passport, my driver’s license wasn’t expired, etc. I even needed special travel arrangements for my mother who travels with a wheelchair, Steve made all the necessary calls and things went just as he promised. He was very accommodating and understanding. I would definitely utilize Steve for all my future travel planning.
