Melinda and Peter booked us a last minute cruise and found the best one is spite is such limitations that close to a departure. They set it all up aka didn’t forget one detail. We flew into Orland and took the brand new Norwegian Aqua. They took care of our accommodations the night before and all we could babe wanted on the cruise as well as the transportation back to the airport the day of arrival back in port. We had a family cruise with 13 people. I required a handicap accessible room. Melinda was able to get us three rooms side-by-side with our grandkids. That allowed us to open up all the balconies so we had adjoining balconies. It was very handy and We all had a great time.

We highly recommend Peter and Melinda Fay-Cruise Planners! We recently had a trip planned to Punta Cana. Unfortunately within hours of arriving at the resort my husband had a medical emergency. The phone was not working in our hotel room, I reached out to Melinda in a panic as I had run up to the resorts front desk twice and no one had come to help us. She immediately started calling up there, and got a doctor to our room. My husband had to be taken to the ER. From the moment we arrived to the ER we encountered several issues with the hospital that was not up to par. Being in a foreign country with a medical emergency is scary. I am very thankful and appreciative of the support Melinda and her husband offered me. I was by myself since my husband was not coherent and she truly comforted and guided me during our difficult situation. She stayed up all night while trying to sort through different issues and continued to check on us until we made it home. She truly went above and beyond what she had to, we will continue to book through them!

Melinda booked us a cruise out of Galveston, Tx. during Valentines Day week. The cruise line did not offer fresh flowers to be placed in the stateroom. Melinda went above and beyond by picking up an arrangement and making sure it was in our room prior to boarding. My wife loved it!

We first had a 2 week tour of Ireland - Back Roads Tours - best of the trip! Loved Ireland and the small group tour. Scotland and England were also wonderful. Lots of Castle tours everywhere, and good golf too. Our planners helped a few times to smooth out transitions and improve tour planning! Great trip!
My husband and I just got back from our fabulous trip to Norway! Research and time you put into our trip to Reno,
Lake Tahoe, Sequoia National Park, Santa Cruz
And all the unbelievable redwood trees.
Lake Tahoe was fantastic spending two days on the
Lake, driving the lake and taking a tram to the
Snow for fantastic pictures above the lake.
Sequoia National Park was beyond words seeing
the giant Redwoods. Spending time in Felton to ride
A steam engine train thru the mountains and
And yet another train to Santa Cruz thru the redwoods
And the beach enjoying boardwalk was a full
Day of fun . We also enjoyed a State Park
That was loaded with redwoods as we walked
, touched and hung around the redwoods.
