You and Jim are rock stars. We can never say a bad word about you guys. The ship was beautiful but it was not the highlight. The people were. A few of us were rum soaked dreaming about future trips. Staying on Rum islands (Martinique, Barbados, St Lucia, Jamaica) in a resort to really experience the island. Visit multiple distilleries. Jump on a catamaran to a smaller island etc. Hawaii...isn't that far away :) Thanks again for your great service and always smiling face!!!!- Eileen D.

Last month my husband and I went on a cruise that we booked through cruise Planners which is owned and run by Jim and Christine Hoover. Prior to the cruise the majority of our interactions via email and telephone were with Christine, and she was an absolute pleasure to work with. The cruise we went on was with a group, so Jim and Christine were with us throughout the cruise to help facilitate all of the activities. I needed a hotel in Chicago to do some site seeing. It was the perfect location! We could walk to all the sight seeing places and it was a better price then I could find!

Jim and Christine were super helpful in getting us set up for our first Alaskan cruise. Starting 8 months before the trip, they guided us in this unfamiliar territory of cruising in regards to booking excursions, tricks and tips of ship life, payments, etc. We had a great time celebrating our 30 anniversary with our kids and grandkids. The beauty of a cruise is that no one could say, "We have plans on the frontside (or backside) of the vacation so we will be coming for only 4 days." We gave each other space, but we were able to have both quantity and quality of time over the 7-day cruise. We had the best trip! But most of all having Christine and Jim arrange our group travel was the best experience! For our group of 30+ people it was so convenient to have 1 place to refer our family and friends. It is very possible we wouldn’t have had the turn out we did had we tried to book everything ourselves. It was a great experience and would highly recommend them for future travel.
