I wanted to take this opportunity to thank Laura and Brian for making our cruise on the Fathom Adonia to Cuba a huge success. From our ride to the airport to the ride back to our home was professional and perfect. Everything went without a hitch and Laura was available at each step of the way to ensure that our trip was enjoyable. We didn't need to be concerned about anything except having fun and enjoying ourselves. During our cruise one of the crew members had a medical issue and we were unable to dock at our third port. At first we were told that a helicopter was coming out to get the crew member to take him to the hospital, but because of the wind and choppy seas, the Captain decided to turn the ship around and we headed back to the last port we visited. I called Laura and by morning, she had word from Fathom as to what steps would be taken to make sure that we were compensated and well taken care of. We have already booked next year's adventure with Laura and Brian and I know that each and every detail will be handled and we will not have to be concerned with anything except relaxing and enjoying. While planning our cruise to Cuba with Laura, she made sure she found every deal we could take advantage of so we could get more "bang for our buck". She researched all of our options and presented them all. Her recommendations were "spot on". Laura and Brian, thank you very much for making our cruise to Cuba such a wonderful experience.
