Carol planned our cruise on RC in July and it was fabulous! The ship was very clean and the staff was wonderful. She even kept an eye out for special offers after we had already booked and applied discounts to our fare or advised us of specials if we wanted to take advantage of them. We went with a group of 10 and all of our cabins were near each other, which made it very convenient and we all had a great time. She has also helped me and my husband plan a trip to London and Ireland in October and her insight and expertise were priceless, since we have never traveled out of the country on an extended trip like this!
