Any issues we had were out of our planner’s control. Rod Alford is excellent. He is attentive to individual preferences and diligent about details. He is available even during the cruise. I require a bit of TLC and he wrote out a detailed step by step itinerary for me right down to where to stand in the airport to find our driver. This is our second international cruise he has planned and he leaves no need for worry. There was a noise issue in our cabin and we were offered a credit (unsolicited). Rod followed up on this and made sure that it was on the books.

As rookie cruisers, we had no idea where to start in selecting a cruise. We were recommended by a friend to talk to Rod Alford of Cruise Planners. That was the best recommendation that I have ever received. Rod walked us through everything we needed to do, making it all very simple and easy and also arranged hotels for us at the beginning at ending of the cruise in Seattle. When I decided that I wanted to be closer to the airport on my return from the cruise, Rod immediately cancelled my down town hotel and booked us close to the airport for the early morning flight. I have never used a travel agent before but will for now in booking vacations with Rod. I always knew Rod was just a phone call away if I would have a problem.
