We just returned from a fabulous trip to Alaska. It was a combined trip of train, bus, and a 7-day Princess Cruise. That makes it twice (they are 2 for 2) that Rick and Sherry have hit it out of the ballpark for us! This recent trip and our trip earlier to Europe were exactly what we wanted and needed. Why do we have such great experiences with them? It is no doubt about them asking us the “right” questions, listening to us, and getting to know us. My wife and I got an email from Mark Gungar about his marriage conference, Laugh Your Way to a Better Marriage, on Allure of the Seas. This required us to use Rick and Sherry Berg to book the trip.
We are veteran cruisers; however, Rick and Sherry made the experience very easy. They helped us find the stateroom we wanted and kept in touch with us through the whole experience. We felt like we were their only clients even though I know they had at least 100 others.
We liked booking with them so much that we booked our next cruise with them on Holland America.
