May 2019 marked my fabulous 40th birthday!! My husband and I decided to organize a group trip to a tropical location and host a beach party. Being overly involved in helping friends and family with a destination trip could get very sticky. So we opted to work with Cheryl to find a reputable place, well-priced and one year in advance. We then notified our friends and family that this was the location, here are the dates and here’s our agent’s information to use if your chose. We tried our best to stay out of everyone’s travel arrangements and just focused on the Beach Party.
Cheryl’s service was second to none!!! She went above and beyond to help all 20+ travelers. Everyone was satisfied (minus one person that didn’t read the transportation portion of the package, but Cheryl assisted and resolved the issue quickly). What really put Cheryl over the top for me is…..when we got to the hotel we had the usual hiccups. Rooms weren’t ready, some room changes, some dinner reservation mix-ups, etc. All things Cheryl was obviously not responsible for. What put the cherry on top was when the hotel wouldn’t let my crying 2 year old into the playground because we were 5 minutes late for the 2 hour allotted time slot of her age range. I was so pissed!!! Don’t mess with my kid. We went to the concierge and they tried to help, but nothing significant. Damage was done.
Anyway, I had to slowly accept that there was nothing I could do but enjoy the pool and the sun and make the best of our time. To our surprise, while at the pool FOUR hotel representatives came over to us with a printed e-mail communication FROM CHERYL!!! Yes, above and beyond I said. We were given special treatment the rest of the trip. Superior room cleaning, reservations to all the restaurants and extra decorations for our beach party, which went off without a hitch. BEST OF ALL – hotel rules were changed to give my 2 year old 3 hours of playtime in the playground!!
To say I’m appreciative is an understatement. Cheryl’s service was outstanding and I look forward to booking all my trips with her!!

Two words to describe Cheryl and her plan for our long overdue vacation:
"Nailed It".
I honestly have no idea WHY we never used an agent to plan a trip prior, but hiring Cheryl was a stroke of genius I'd like to take credit for, but have to defer to my wife.
Every little detail was nailed down tight well before our trip, and we had the added complexity of traveling in a group of 8.
She missed nothing. Simply amazing.

We just returned from a land and sea adventure to Alaska with Princess Cruises. It was a fabulous vacation. Cheryl was so helpful in planning our trip and keeping us organized. We spoke several times on the phone, emailed back and forth, and she came to the house all over the matter of 6 months. I am so happy I booked our trip with Cheryl. If Alaska is anywhere remotely on your bucket list, save your money, and book ahead with Cheryl. It is spectacular. Princess was magical the way they kept all our luggage organized and had us in the right places at the right times. We had no worries!

I really wanted to take my niece and nephew to Universal in Florida for their birthday this August. However, I didn’t know if we could do everything we wanted with my budget. Cheryl provided me with all the information that I needed and made suggestions to help me get the most for my money. The hotel she recommended met my needs and was convenient to the theme parks, we all enjoyed Universal, and the swimming with the dolphins excursion she booked was amazing.
