Words cannot describe the experience we had. The tour director Maria and the driver Polle were amazing. Atmosphere, food the people everything wasperfect!! We learned and experienced so much about iceland, the golden circle,volcanoes,geysers,secret & blue lagoon. We are looking forward to booking our next tour with CIE tours. Our travel agents Chris & Cassie Brown with Cruise Planners made our vacation perfect from beginning to end. We had zero issues with putting everything together. They reached out to us up to our departure date and followed up on our experience when we returned. I organized a group cruise of 23 people and realized how hard it is to put together a group cruise so I sought the help of Chris Brown. I was so impressed with his professionalism and knowledge of putting together the whole thing. He had arranged everything from airfare to transfer, hotel accommodations and excursions. All the members of our group were so grateful to Chris for making our trip an enjoyable one because everything went smoothly. We would have been at a loss at a foreign country like that had he not arranged everything. What really impressed everyone is his organizational skill. He and his wife Cassie had put together a booklet for each of us that shows everything from airline schedules, even terminal number then who to meet, where to meet for transfers to hotel and port. His attention to details is impeccable. He and his wife even drove 90 miles to give us the booklet and briefed us of what to do and what to expect when we get to Europe. Really impressive. They are the first agent that I have dealt with that went extra mile to make our trip smooth. Thank you Chris and Cassie for a perfect vacation.

This was my second Princess cruise. I must say that I had a wonderful time! Chris provided all the necessary documents to make our vacation hassle free. He had treats waiting for us in our cabin upon check in. It was a trip of a lifetime and grateful to be able to see all the historical and iconic places we visited.
