We started planning our cruise with another travel agent which proved to be a bad decision. The agent was hard to reach, didn't return calls promptly, and provided incorrect and misleading information. In frustration, we turned to Philip who immediately took charge and straightened out our booking.
Philip is everything our first agent wasn't, quickly correcting multiple problems, including very uncomfortable flight arrangements. He kept in touch with us throughout the process, answered all of our questions and took the initiative to negotiate a nice cabin upgrade for us.
I don't think you can go wrong working with Philip. I know that I'll be calling on Philip to arrange any future trips for us!

We had the most AMAZING time on our trip to Africa and want to thank you for all of the detailed planning and coordinating that you did to make it so special for our family! Our guide in Cape Town was fabulous -- very knowledgeable and fun to hang out with. The Thornybush Jackalberry Lodge was hands-down the crown jewel of safari lodges in our opinion! The service and staff were so special and welcoming. We could not have asked for a better experience for our first safari adventure! Then traveling to Zimbabwe, Zambia, and Botswana for tours of Chobe and Victoria Falls highlighted another view of Africa's culture and beauty. We truly appreciate all you did to help us make this trip possible and so special!

Awesome experience! We used Philip to plan our honeymoon later this year in October. We've never used a travel agency before but were so pleasantly surprised at how it all turned out that we would hands down used Philip's services again. He provided us with detailed itineraries and advice for Bali, Bora Bora, Fiji, Maldives, and a couple of cruises... we basically did nothing besides saying what we liked and didn't like, it was great. The entire experience was easy, and he was always friendly, responsive, on the same page, etc. We ended up choosing Bali and he set up everything from the flights to our couples massage. We're so excited. It was also somehow more economical than the packages we were looking at elsewhere like Costco Travel. Two thumbs up!
