We had a flawless trip from the time we boarded the plane, had our luggage picked up at our destination and delivered to our cabin. Our excursions went very nicely and the entire cruise was a blast. Lori made everything easy. Loved our rooms being on thr 15th floor and next to our traveling partners. The Princess Plus package was worth it. Riding the train from Whittier to Denali was also a great part of our trip. All of Lori's plans and suggestions were spot on and seamlessly smooth. The only issue on the trip was a sewage odor in the stairwells and near the stores on the Princess Royal in the common areas. At times I would gag walking in those areas. A little more insight would have been great. Our hotel was great. Right on the water and awesome things within walking distance. The only thing I would change with me and husband being taller and bigger is the double beds. Too small but we made it work. Next time will get the king bed instead.- Crystal H.
