Amazing trip to Ireland We worked with Cruise Planners to create a private tour of Ireland for 6 in May 2025. We had an amazing vacation! Tammy B Marley recommended some great tours we never would have known about. The Food Tour in Athens, and the Terrace Houses at Ephesus stand out. Another one I would add for the future is the Vergina royal tombs at Thessaloniki. We enjoyed the cruise itself and the hotels chosen. Marley was always prompt in responding to questions or helping with the many cruise itinerary changes. In retrospect, it might have been good to have 3 nights in Athens so we could do a full day trip to Delphi, which we never saw. What we were not prepared for were the taxi's - their insistence on cash only even though they will take credit cards and I told them we are paying by card before getting in. Several times I told them to stop and let us out so we can get someone else. They would add mysterious "port charges" and other things, and in the end I feel we were scammed almost every time. - Tammy B.

Desmond L We wanted a bucket list Italy vacation to celebrate my 60th birthday. Ginny Maurer put together a perfectly paced itinerary that included 3 day stays in both Venice and Florence followed by 3 days in Tuscany for much needed relaxation, wine and olive oil tasting and a great cooking class at a vineyard. Transportation throughout was arranged and included door-to-door pick-ups and drop-offs via private cars, water taxis and a lovely train ride. When you remove the travel stress you can really focus on the experience! Venice and Florence were jaw-droppingly beautiful as advertised. We took in as much as we could at a dazzling 20 steps/day pace. It was amazing! The mid-September crowds were substantial but not a big issue. Ginny arranged some great guided walking tours so we able to skip the massive lines. Again, stress removed! For my wife and I, the pinnacle experience was the full full day excursion from Florence to the Province of Spezia on the Riviera coastline where we visited 3 of the 5 mountainside villages known as "Cinque Terre". The views are breathtaking! Our guide, Antonetta, handled the driving and provided colorful insights along the way. A table was ready for us in one of the towns for a lovely Italian lunch. Vacations are so much more enjoyable when you remove the logistical stresses. Ginny did just that! Ginny also made it super easy for us to apply points from our Capital One card to cover some of our air and other expenses. Very convenient and easy! Trip to Dominican Republic Kudos to Ginny Maurer for nailing it when she recommended Sanctuary Cap Cana in the Dominican Republic! My husband and I are in our 50's and wanted an adults only, all-inclusive resort that was not the typical party atmosphere and Sanctuary Cap Cana was the perfect fit. Great service Although our cruise was cancelled 48 hours before departure, my rating is based on the care provided by the cruise line and especially our agent, Allison Mease. Best thing I ever did was have Ginny as my travel agent! A friend had recommended Ginny to me and spoke very highly of her. As most people are, I was hesitant at first to use a travel agent. But I can now say, that Ginny has truly changed my life and the way I plan my vacations forever. I'm not sure how I booked vacations with out her all these years! Europe We had a "5" Star experience working with Ginny on our trips, she went the extra mile to make this last cruise an amazing trip for our entire family. She took the extra time to do research, find the perfect cruise that worked within our time frame, and then came up with a very reasonable price for the entire family (and some extra perks!) We have now taken three cruises that Ginny has organized, two Viking and one Celebrity, so we have floated the Rivers of Germany, Austria, and Hungary, along with a Mediterranean Cruise that took us from Spain to Venice (and the hidden gem of Kotor!). Ginny is always quick to say "you know what, that is a great question, let me see what I can find out"...then she comes back quickly with the answer. She really insisted that we utilize Shoretrips during our Mediterranean Cruise, and it was the perfect way to maximize our travel time in an intimate setting with very skilled and knowledgeable drivers.
