Oh my gosh, where do I begin. What a fantastic trip this has been. Dan and Mat assisted me completely with the entire process since I was travelling solo and a little apprehensive and overwhelmed with all the details. Dan was kind and patient with all the questions and his care for his clients was evident in the way he assisted me every step of the way. This was not an easy accomplishment since there were 38 people traveling in our group from all over the United States to Iceland to do stay on land for couple days to board a cruise ship for 10 days ending in London. Dan helped with the accommodations for a couple day stay in London as well. This once in a lifetime trip would not have been possible if not for the input and assistance by Dan and Mat. Dan's professionalism and dedication to his clients/friends was evident every leg of this amazing journey. Kelli made the entire process very east, from the booking of the trip to her communication about payment and all the things leading up to the trip. This was my first cruise in several years and being that I have never traveled out of this port before, she spoke to me and explained the process and ensured I had all the documents needed. Such an incredible trip!!! The ease of getting from the airport to the resort and back to the airport made this trip even more enjoyable. The resort was spotless, and the employees were accommodating and friendly. The food was good and the daily activities were entertaining, fun and enjoyable. The spa was an incredible experience and I highly recommend it!!! We had a king paradise swim up suite and I cannot say enough about this room. It was fantastic!! The shower was incredible, the bed was extremely comfortable and the swim up was amazing. I highly recommend this resort and Kelli for all your travel needs.- Carla G.

It was our first Ocean Cruise, and I was blown away by The Ship, which is absolutely gorgeous, and the staff, who are all smiling all the time, looked absolutely impeccable, and were incredibly attentive. They seem very happy to serve the guests, and were very friendly. We got to know something about most of them before the cruise was over.
If I have criticism of the food, it's that there was too much and it was too tempting. If you go, Plan to gain weight.
The facilities ae excellent, and even though there were 900 passengers aboard, it never seemed crowded at all. You could always find a place to curl up and read with no one around.
We went on a paid excursion every day, and they were all expensive, but well worth it. Some people told us the "included" excursions didn't have much to them, especially as compared to included excursions on Viking Riverboats. That could well be because thee really isn't much to see along the edge of the water in Alaska. The towns are tiny, the houses are mostly dilapidated, and there almost no roads. If you go, definitely budget for at least a couple of paid excursions.
The wildlife and scenery were awe-inspiring. Definitely a wonderful adventure.- Paula H.

Dan booked our first cruise on R. C. Liberty of The Seas. He walked us through every aspect and kept in touch throughout to ensure everything went well and followed up afterwards. He was actually on this cruise and had a nice welcome package with a backpack type carry bag, luggage tags and nice magnets to put on our room door. I was never a fan of paying for the trip insurance, however, I listened to Kelli, best travel agent ever, and always paid the few extra dollars just in case. And I am glad I did, I paid less that $150.00 for trip insurance on ma last scheduled trip. Due to my job, I had to cancel the trip with a supper short notice and thanks to the $150.00, Kelli was able to get me my money back.. So, because I have the best travel agent ever and paid for the trip insurance, I didn’t loose more than $3000.00.

Just took a trip to California. We used Amy to help get a rental car. There was a bit of a hiccup with the rental car company. I reached out to Amy who dropped everything to jump in and help.
I would work with Amy again in a heartbeat…that particular rental car company would not be my 1st choice. Basically, honor your reservations and don’t give my car away when you know I am on my way to get it! I shouldn’t show up with a reservation and confirmation number and be told I have to sit and wait until a car is returned.

If you want the absolute BEST in the business, look no further!! Amy was not only extremely helpful in our travel planning process, but she went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed during our trip. She sent a beautifully organized itinerary a few days before the trip which detailed everything for us. Then, when we had an issue with the air conditioning of our lodging, she worked day and night to get the issue resolved AND got us a partial refund for our trouble.
