Cruise Planner was very professional and answered all my questions.The vacation was nice. It was a few things I didn’t like. I wasn’t able to use my $100.00 Effy card wasn’t granted by Effy Manson so I lost $100.00. During hours of trying to rest in my room kids were running up and down the halls and I could hear the arguments in the club. Other than that it was a good cruise.

We had a blast and there were no complications at all, she arranged everything including airport transfers, hotel for the night before the cruise, and picked staterooms with absolutely gorgeous views. The trip was great. The staff and guides for the Scenic cruise were excellent. The ship was very nice. The ports of call were always interesting and historic, brought to life by great local guides.
Misty knocked it out if the park from start to finish with our recent trip to Hawaii! She provided valuable insight, extensive research and a tactical skill set to help us plan a three island itinerary. Misty navigated our flights, excursions, car rentals, accommodations and trip insurance and assisted us in real time when a flight was canceled and disrupted our car rental location.
