Karen lined up this (discounted) cruise with about a dozen friends and everything worked out just fine. The ship was clean, crew was excellent, food was ok, shows were excellent, and room was in a good location. Karen did her job well and fast, even went way out of her way to help me contact the ship and get a set of (lost) car keys and gate/door fob back. What a relief! I've never used her before but she's a keeper.

Our family hadn’t been on vacation in quite some time and we didn’t know where to start. Booking through our travel agent, Karen, really took the worry away and made our trip a great one. We won’t go on another one without going through a travel agent.
I love working with Karen. She answers all of my questions quickly and if she does not know the answer she will get back to me as fast as she can with the information. There is never any pressure and she always provides several options so that I can choose my own price point.
Karen truly cared about every detail of our trip. She was always available if we needed her, and even put us in touch with some awesome people at one of our stops!

Josh and Karen left no stone unturned when planning our trip. We didn’t have to worry about remembering all the details with their trip package booklet sent to us in the mail with all our details. We had an amazing room and service at Iberostar Grand Paraiso.

A trip planned by Cruise Planners - Your Vacation Edge is a well planned trip with a helpful team ready to assist in anyway possible. I know I can ask questions and voice concerns to them and receive a quick and honest response. Due to covid, I’ve planned more than I’ve traveled, yet I always get the help I need. I can’t imagine a more responsive and fun planning team on my side.
Karen always did her best for us. I've worked with other agents for other trips but Karen is the beat and I would use her every time.

We met Josh and Karen in Galveston one weekend. They were standing near where you could see the cruise ships and had a booth. We picked up some information (honestly just to be polite, because we were thinking "There's no way we could ever afford this.") After some back and forth emailing and phone calls, they convinced us that cruising is actually very affordable. They are very patient, answer ALL your questions, give great tips/advice and respond very quickly. They do all the hard work so you can relax!!

I would like to let everyone know how wonderful our trip was. All of our transfers were on time and went without a hitch. Our hotel both pre and post cruise was clean and in the perfect spot. Cruising on the Holland Americas Ms Koningsdam for her maiden voyage was terrific! Josh and Karen went above and beyond in making sure our month long trip was tremendous!
