We had a lot of fun Laura. My last cruise was 2019 and since I have noticed that they only fix your room once a day and in the past it was twice. Aaron was more than helpful when I contacted him with a less than clear plan of what I wanted ( which consisted of " I want a cruise in the fall " ) and not much more. He not only found me a better deal than I was able to get on my own, he made himself available to answer any question I had, even when those questions occurred to me well outside of office hours. I'm not new to cruising and I've used multiple travel agents in the past, the level of service I've recieved from Aaron is second to none.

Then was absolutely phenomenal we had a little hiccup with the reservation because I had requested a specific room and I hadn't gotten that room and when I reached out to him even though I had a horrible cell service he got right on top of it and it was managed within the day. I recommend him to everyone who tells me that they are going on a vacation because he made this process so easy and effortless thank you Dan!!
Diane was very helpful and attentive as we planned our honeymoon. She answered all our questions, offered personal recommendations and was mindful of our budget and preferences. We left for our trip stress-free knowing that all of our accommodations and documents were taken care of.
