The cities, points of interest, hotels, accommodations, restaurants, excursions, tours, air and land transportation and transfers consistently exceeded our expectation in quality and best price. Our second trip through Italy was a group tour with Jen: Fantastic!

Highly recommend Jen Rogers for your travel needs. She was able to find us great flights to Ireland that were much cheaper than what we could find. She also arranged for hotels once we were in Ireland. Jen also secured travel insurance for all four couples. She was very responsive to all our questions.

I have used two travel agencies in the past and had nothing but issues with our trips. It felt like we did the majority of the work and had to followup on numerous details. Our experience with Jen was just the opposite. Her attention to detail was second to none. We did not have one hiccup for anything that she planned and arranged for our group of eight on our trip to Ireland. We had numerous questions in the planning and she would always get back to us with our needed answers promptly. She even sent us a list of details and tips we should make sure we covered before we left to make our trip was even smoother. Jen did everything she could to make sure our two weeks in Ireland was absolutely perfect. If I ever have need for a travel agent in the future I will call Jen in a heartbeat.

If you are looking at taking a trip and have been scouring the internet
for the best deals and trying to make your own plans via travel websites
please STOP... You need to give Jen Rogers at Cruise Planners a call.
Jen is absolutely amazing and her attention to details is bar none. Jen
planned several weekend trips for us and guided us to best locations to
stay as well as things to do and how to get from point A to point B. Her
knowlege base is extensive so it takes the worry and thinking out of your
hands. Jen also planned our honeymoon for us to Jamaica which was
outstanding in all aspects. While sitting on the tarmac upon our departure
for our trip the plane had mechanical issues and we were asked to depart
the plane. While standing in line with everyone else on the plane trying to
figure out how we were now going to get to Jamaica and when we would
get there we received a phone call from American Airlines telling us to walk
over to a particular gate. Within minutes they had us rescheduled and arriving
in Jamaica 1 hour later than anticipated. Looking back at everyone still standing
in line we just could not believe how fortunate we were to have been under Jen's "wing".
When we arrived in Jamaica we were treated like Royalty again as we saw others
looking around for directions we were taken in and escorted where we needed to be.
The whole trip was just so relaxing knowing that only thing we needed to think about
was what dinner to choose and what drink we wanted at that time. Truly peaceful
feelings. I could go on and on but if you want to have a great vacation experience
I HIGHLY recommend Jen Rogers to plan your next trip.

In 2017, my husband and I booked our 1st cruise with Jen Rogers. Personal and local service was what we were looking for. We have found Jen's level of knowledge and personal service to be far superior to what we experienced with other travel agents. She gave us luggage tags, excellent flight help, detailed information of the ship, transfer information and her cell number in case we ever had any issues. With 3 completed cruises that were all fabulous, I gave Jen a list of future trips we would be interested in. We now have 4 future cruises planned!!! Not only do I save time researching and booking on my own, but Jen has also found us great deals and saved us money. Jen Rogers has been amazing at planning vacations for us. She planned an amazing cruise for us, was always quick to give us the information we needed, knew all the current deals, recommendations for things I would have never thought of, set us up with traveler’s insurance which I highly recommend, and is really easy to work with.
She has great knowledge about all the cruise lines (she has probably has cruised and has experience with all of them), and can help with all forms of travel, including air, train, bus, and car rentals.
She has also helped out with non-cruise vacations like trips to other cities, Disney World, Universal Studios, etc. She knows all the ins and outs of travel and vacation. Let her plan your next vacation or get away. You won’t regret it.

Jen is amazing at what she does! We decided to book our honeymoon through her and she did not disappoint. We were looking into going to Ibiza, Spain but we didn’t know where to start. Jen took care of everything! She found us the best flights, hotel, and transportation. We had the best time and will definitely use Jen for future vacations!

Thank you Jen for making such a special time for our family even better. Jen booked our All-inclusive trip to Cozumel Mexico. We stayed at the Fiesta Americana. It was our first trip of this kind. I can't say enough nice things about the whole experience.
From the beginning Jen listened to our wants and needs and found us this perfect resort. The Fiesta Americana had everything we wanted. Laid back, clean and the service was superb. We're still talking about some of the people who made our stay so wonderful.
Jen arranged everything our flights, our transfers and I appreciated her personal style, she met with us just before we left had a packet of information. Which included all the do and don'ts, and some traveling goodies. All the information was helpful and put to rest any travel worries.
I would, and do recommend Jen to anyone who mentions traveling. She makes the whole process seamless. She answered all of our question, she followed up with the hotel to be sure everything was ready for us. We didn't have to do anything - but pack.:-)
It was a trip our family will never forget and can't wait to go back.
