Booked a 10 day trip to Ireland in September 2023 with Shannon Welnel and she was really great to work with. My travel companion had already booked it before I decided to go, so Shannon was able to work out how to get us together. While on the trip, she even checked in with us, even with the 8 hour time difference, and knew about the delays in traveling over.

We had an AMAZING honeymoon booked through Kim! She had wonderful recommendations and worked with our budget. The resort options we had were very fitting to what we invisioned. Cruise to celebrate Mom's 80th birthday. Shannon was amazing; from the beginning of my brain child all the way up through the end of the cruise. She was constantly working on added benefits and discounts prior to our departure. She checked in on us periodically during our cruise. She is so awesome to work with. Wow is an understatement! Shannon was amazing from when we first let her know we wanted to book a cruise until we returned home. She helped us with so many things, stayed on top of our travel itinerary as we had issues with our flights, and made sure we had everything we needed to travel. It was the trip of a lifetime and she helped us make the memories by giving recommendations for cruises, cabins, etc. We even put a deposit down for another cruise which we never thought we would do!

We booked a vacation with Shannon, a week before we were to go we both got sick. She was great rearranging the whole trip while I was laying in bed very sick. We got it revoked for a few weeks later and it was amazing.
Shannon always sets us up with the best places. This resort was the best we have ever stayed in. Couldn't have done it without her help!
I had not used a travel agent before this trip. We put a lot of time trying to find the best deal. Shannon saved us a little bit of money and if we had just trusted her we would have saved a bunch of time as well. Next time I will know better! Shannon was quick, efficient and very helpful. She checked in often to make sure we had had what we needed!
The seven day stay at the Rui palace was a fantastic experience.

Highly recommend Shannon! We came to her knowing we wanted to take a cruise but unsure where we wanted to go. She was patient and willing to book out multiple different trip options. She was never pushy and gave unbiased opinions on different cruise lines and itineraries. Once we decided on where to go she helped us narrow down options to even types of cabins. She recommended that we upgrade to Aqua Class on Celebrity which we were thrilled with. She helped book hotels pre and post stay. She even worked on getting us better flight options. Shannon constantly kept in touch when payments were due. During the trip she was available and helped rectify a billing issue with one hotel. I cant say enough how phenomenal she is! We definitely will use her and I have already referred another client to her!
