Let me start by saying I do not believe in writing reviews for good service. If I am paying for a service I expect the best service and nothing less for my money. With that being said I have found a exception here is my story.
I was booked on a Royal Caribbean cruise out of Galveston Texas when I booked my trip I asked if the ship had valet service for my luggage coming off the ship ( 7 suitcases 3 little kids ) and was told yes so I planned for my ride back into Houston for only 5 passengers with no luggage, when I got onto the ship I immediately went to arrange the valet and was told that they do not do that in Texas so I called my limo service and was told they did not have anything available for my family and my luggage.
Well it's Sunday I'm on a boat about to leave and no way to get my luggage home, I went onto the Internet looking for travel agency's and the only one I found that had a cell phone contact was READY FOR A TRIP listing Brad Dennen as the owner, so I sent Brad a text explaining my situation and telling him I was not a customer, he answered me in about 2 minutes telling me he would look into it and get back to me, while waiting for a answer from his limo service he asked me where we were going and the ages of the people in my group and this is where I was BLOWN AWAY!
Brad then proceeded to spend the next hour sending me information on excursions and places to stop and see for everybody in my group he even gave me the name and number of his driver in Jamaica and told me to use his name. He gave enough information that we were able to do multiple things on every stop so that everybody was satisfied. during this time my limo issues was resolved and I thanked him for all the great information and then he asked me to please text him when we came back he wanted to know how are trip was (I have used travel agents in the past and have never had any of them want to know about how our trip went)
The bottom line is Brad did all this for a complete stranger who was not a PAYING customer! I can only imagine what he does for his paying customers!!!!!
I will definitely be using Brad in the future and so should anybody looking for a OUTSTANDING travel agent.

Hello Brad & Gina,
Sandy and I want to thank you for everything you did for us on our recent birthday
trip to Cozumel. You are AMAZING!! As you know, from the beginning, anything
that could go wrong, went wrong. Sitting in a completely full HOT plane for 2 hours
was not a "warm fuzzy" way to start our trip. Since we arrived late we missed our
first excursion: Parasailing.
Then the next day when I lost our driver's licenses, cash,
credit cards and hotel key cards, I did not know what to do. I am so thankfull that
you were there to help us.
YOU saved our trip. Don't know how you did it but I guess
that's why one should use a travel agent. Have to tell you this was the first time I ever
used a travel agent. But this experience has shown me I will NEVER go anywhere
again without using an agent. And that agent will be Brad and Gina Dennen.
I have been self employed most of my life and am used to making decisions but have to tell you on our next trip I will not be making the decisions. Where to go, YES. How to get there, NO!!

my amazing adventure in Alaska probably would not have been so amazing.
I spoke to someone Greg with Shoretrips on the advice of Brad
my travel agent, I was able to ask all the necessary questions to know what would
make my vacation have a lasting impression. We were greeted by our helicopter
pilot about 30 minutes after getting off the ship in Juneau. He flew us to Herbert glacier.
The view was beyond spectacular. Then we took a ride on a dog sled! I drove the sled at one point. It was so much fun and so so cool. The weather was really nice and we and the dogs were gliding
through the snow. When we arrived at the dog sled camp we saw a whole litter of
little fuzzballs. (“Paws†for cuteness overload) We learned about dog sledding and
quite a bit about Alaska. Later the helicopter took us to a spot where we did a little
hiking and took more photos. Other things I would absolutely recommend are the White Pass train and bus ride from and to Skagway and zip-lining in Ketchikan. What a great experience! I received such stellar service.
