Thank you! We really appreciate all of your expertise and assistance with our trip in June to Rome and the cruise to the Greece.
We loved Rome and the hotel was just perfect! Great location. We took the train from the airport and it was an easy walk to the hotel. And, what a pleasure it was to have breakfast at the roof top restaurant and sit outside and look out across to the spirals of the many churches. For dinner, we found great, relaxing neighborhood restaurants. We enjoyed walking down to the Forum and exploring the area.
The cruise was wonderful! The accommodations were perfect and we loved having a balcony. Thanks, too, for the bottle of Champagne to toast the ship departure!
And finally, we really appreciate your expertise with the airlines. You were the one who identified that we could take a connecting flight via Connecticut or New York and then down to DC. Knowing that was huge in getting us home the next day. Thank you for handling the insurance claim.

Sandra B Dugan is a great TA - trip/cruise planner! She leaves no stone unturned and not detail left out! I recently books a Med Cruise on Norwegian Epic for 7 days also to include 3 days in Rome ahead of time! Sandra took care of flights, hotel bookings, transfers to and from the port and many other trip related details!
There were 10 in our group in total, so was no easy task for her to get us all there and back and have a grand time too, but she did it and handled everything so professionally!
