Cruise Planners CEO and Founder Michelle Fee sat down with Eva Jenner, Vice President, Sales, for Holland America Line for information about Holland America Line's newest ship, the MS Nieuw Statendam which will join its sister ship the MS Koningsdam in 2018.
Michelle Fee: You have a new class, the Pinnacle Class. Tell us about these new ships.
Eva Jenner: The ms Koningsdam, out now, and ms Nieuw Statendam, coming in December, are sophisticated and have a 21st-century elegance. The ships will immerse you in culinary experiences with America’s Test Kitchen and BLEND by Chateau Ste. Michelle. Guests will also feel immersed in destinations they are visiting and others around the world with our new Explorations Central and BBC Earth Experiences.
Michelle Fee: Tell us about the incredible entertainment on board these ships.
Eva Jenner: Our “Music Walk” experience brings guests through different genres, starting with the Lincoln Center State and continuing to Billboard Onboard and B.B. King’s Blues Club, where you can dance all night. We also have the World Stage which has a two-story high, 270-degree LED screen that will have you feeling like you’re a part of the show.
