There’s a few things that come right to mind and our Cruise Planner, Mary, nailed it! Communication through the entire process and explanations and answers to everything we had any confusion about. Additionally the transparency with pricing. We were going to book a port hole view instead of the balcony because for us it was a dramatic difference, with Mary, she made it happen and was not a big difference in pricing and enhanced our anniversary cruise. One last thing I want to point out is the personality of Mary. She is the type of planner that will help you achieve whatever you want, but also give you constructive and honest feedback or experiences she’s had, at said place you’re interested in. She has the thoughtfulness to remember the small details, like our anniversary and sent us a little care package. I could go on and on, Mary goes the extra mile, even on her travels, she’s still only a call away.

Celebrity Cruise to ABC Islands was fantastic. Beautiful scenery, clean ship, good food, and exceptional service from all staff aboard the ship.
Fell down the steps in Nassau busting up my hand, leg and arm. Two strong men got me to my feet. What a great help they were. Finished getting to the bus with their help. Needed a wheel chair to get off ship which was provided. All in all a great trip. Little worried about falling down but can't wait for the next one. Thanks Mary for all your help.- Jack B.

Mary did a great job arranging all the hotels and trips. Of the choices for hotels the best was Hyannis Harbor Hotel. I was very disappointed in the Sheridan four seasons until I looked around to the other options. Then that was the best choice around but reminded me of a old Holiday Inn.
Katie and I had THE BEST time on our cruise! Everything was so great. We met lots of friendly people and everything was perfect. The food was amazing and the entertainment was great!
